  • Fitness and Wellness specialists, especially those from your organization's community are encouraged to bring experiences to share.

What can I expect?

An Eat, Play, Win! event is a day of fitness and wellness activities for your community.  Eat, Play, Win  will work with you to plan a day that best fits your population. Available activities vary from fitness and wellness coaching and massage for adults to fun, active play like skateboarding for kids. What you won't see at your Eat, Play, Win! Fitness and Wellness Day are bouncy castles, face painting or cotton candy.  We work with you to bring activities, workshops, speakers and service providers that will enhance your event and educate your community. Whatever you request, we will make an effort to find providers available for your scheduled event.

How much will this cost?

There is a general financial requirement of a $300 deposit refunded upon completion of your event. This deposit is to secure your comittment to your event date.


Our goal is to minimize expenses by attempting to offset costs with sponsorships, advertising dollars and donations.  We will work with you to customize your event to fit your population and your budget.


Do you want to make a difference and have fun while doing it? We need fun loving people with smiling faces to:

  • work at  the registration table 

  • direct attendees to activities

  • assist with event flow

  • keep the crowd excited

  • set up/clean up

  • take fitness classes and more!
